Cupcake Adventure

I was looking back at my pictures the other day and realized that I have a lot of food pics/posts that I have yet to write about. So, over the next few days, I will be catching up on my past food projects and other things.

For my last birthday, I embarked into the baking world. I made 2 different kinds of cupcakes for the attendees of my big 3-0 party. I

n both, I added cream cheese and a couple other extras just to try it out. Both batches (chocolate & lemon) were BIG hits. A couple weeks later, word got around about my cupcakes and I received an order from a good friend of mine for 50 cupcakes & 1 LARGE cupcake for the birthday boy. The following is what ensued...

I did all chocolate cake (with the secret cream cheese of course), then topped them with both cream cheese & chocolate frosting. The BIG one has cream cheese frosting with a swirl of blue food coloring. YUM!
