Easy Danish

So I decided to try this new recipe for an "Easy Danish" by Ina. Let me start out with the fact that I have NEVER made a danish before in my life, so I was a little bit intimidated going in. In a perfect world (one where I can eat anything I want and never gain a pound), I would have a danish every morning for breakfast. I love the flaky crust, the endless supply of filling combinations and the glaze or sweet topping. Whatever it may be... I love it! All that to say, I did it and they are heavenly. So easy and so tasty!!

Catering Notes:
- 1 batch actually made 12 danishes vs. the stated 8
- Add 3tbsp ricotta vs. the stated 2 to make the filling thicker
- Cost: TBD
- Next time split up the filling and add various fruits (ie try the blueberry lemon mascapone mixture)
